Malawi Gaming and Lotteries Authority invited bids through Request for Proposal Method for the procurement ofan Electronic Monitoring System.
In compliance with the Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act (2017) Section 48, Malawi Gaming and Lotteries Authority would like to inform the General Public and all bidders who participated in the above tender that it has finalised all tender evaluation processes and obtained the necessary approvals and therefore intends to award the contract as follows:

This Notification of the Intention to award (Notification) notifies you of our decision to award the above Contract.
The transmission of this notification begins the standstill period. During the standstill period you may:
- Request a debriefing in relation to the evaluation of your bid and or
- Submit a procurement-related complaint in relation to the decision to award the Contract.
All queries or clarifications regarding this procurement should be made in writing using the address below within 14 days from 01st November, 2023.
