Request for Proposals: Electronic Monitoring System (EMS)

CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION, INTEGRATION, SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF AN ELECTRONIC MONITORING SYSTEM

The Malawi Gaming and Lotteries Authority (MAGLA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms for the provision of consultancy services for the design, development, implementation, integration, support and maintenance of an Electronic Monitoring System (EMS).

The contract will be for a period of five (5) years. Interested bidders are invited to obtain the Request for Proposals (RFP) from MAGLA upon payment of a non-refundable fee as follows:

1. Local applicants: K 10,000,000
2. International applicants: USD 5,000

Upon payment and confirmation of funds transfer MAGLA shall send a copy of the bid document by electronic mail. In case of dispatch by mail or any other mode, MAGLA cannot be held responsible for cost of courier and non-receipt of the document by the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS

Bids in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the procurement reference number MAGLA/IPDC/RFP/CS/2026/27/001, must be delivered to the address below on or before 23^rd November 2026 at 16:30 hours. Late bids shall not be accepted.
